RMM2RMM2 / RMM radio antenna for use with the MP16 / MP18 radio transmission probes.

Use RMM2 for EU regions and RMM for USA and Japan.

These radio transmission systems are now obsolete and have been superseded by the RMP60 / RMI radio probe system.

About RMM2 and RMM

MP16The RMM2 / RMM is a radio antenna tuned to receive signals from an MP16 / MP18 probe at the carrier frequency. Two RMM2s / RMMs are recommended for each installation to guarantee successful signal transmission.

The RMM2 / RMM base must be mounted to a flat metallic surface using the integral magnets for temporary installations. The mounting holes should be used for permanent installations.

The RMM2 / RMM version required depends on the nominal frequency of transmission, which varies according to the territory in which the probe system is used:

  • 433 MHz (UK, Europe)
  • 224 MHz (USA, Japan)
